Children's Portraits

I specialize in children’s portraits and bring a lot of patience and understanding to every session. As both a mom and a former nanny, I know how important it is for kids to feel comfortable and safe. I take my time getting to know each child, letting them warm up naturally so their real personality can shine through. My goal is always to create a relaxed, positive experience where kids can just be themselves, resulting in genuine smiles and natural moments.

 

 

Newborn

My newborn photography stays focused on safety and comfort. With a background in healthcare, I am well trained in newborn safety, cues, and handling. I have also completed two classes focused specifically on newborn photography technique, which allows me to safely position babies while creating beautiful, timeless images. I take a calm, patient approach during sessions, always prioritizing the baby’s well-being and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for both baby and parents.

 

Vintage Tones

I’m especially drawn to the soft, nostalgic look of film photography. I love incorporating film-inspired tones into my work—rich colors, gentle contrast, and that timeless warmth that gives images a vintage feel. This style helps create photos that feel both artistic and authentic, with a classic look that never goes out of style.

 

 

 

Bold Imagery

I love imagery that feels bold, dramatic, and a little edgy. I love playing with deep shadows, striking light, and strong contrast to create photos that really stand out. My style leans toward images that feel powerful and artistic—photos with mood, attitude, and a look that feels a little different from the ordinary.

 

 

 

Celebrating Culture

I love learning about and celebrating different cultures through photography. Every family and tradition has its own story, and I truly enjoy taking the time to understand and appreciate those differences. Hearing about people’s experiences and backgrounds not only inspires me creatively, but also helps me capture images that feel meaningful, respectful, and authentic to who they are.

 

Inclusivity

Inclusivity is something that is very important to me in my work. I believe photography should reflect the real diversity of the world around us, and I strive to create a space where people of all identities, backgrounds, and families feel welcomed and respected. It’s important to me that everyone feels comfortable being themselves in front of my camera, and that the images we create truly represent who they are.

 

 

 

Seasonal Sessions

 

 

 

I love creating seasonal and stylized sessions. Designing the setting, colors, props, and overall atmosphere for a theme is one of the most fun parts of photography for me. Whether it’s a cozy autumn setup, something vintage-inspired, or a playful holiday concept, I enjoy building an aesthetic that makes the session feel special and memorable.

Creative Sessions

 

Creative sessions are where I really get to let my imagination run. I love experimenting with concepts, mood, lighting, and styling to create something unique and artistic. Give me a theme and I’ll run with it—I genuinely enjoy the process of bringing an idea to life and turning it into bold, memorable imagery.


 

 

The photo shown here is an example of a concept built around birth month symbolism for April. I incorporated daisies (April’s birth flower), diamond elements (the birthstone), and subtle Aries-inspired details to create a maternity session that felt meaningful, symbolic, and visually striking.

Product Photography

I love product photography because it gives me the chance to be creative with sets, styling, and overall aesthetics. Building little scenes and designing the look of a shot is one of my favorite parts of the process. I’m very detail-oriented, so I enjoy carefully arranging textures, colors, and lighting to make sure every element works together. It’s fun for me to create images that feel polished, eye-catching, and perfectly suited to the product.
